Retirement Housing
Our accommodation has been specially designed to meet the needs and comfort of people who have retired in Kent, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, inner and outer London.
We provide:
- Comfortable, decorated, self-contained properties
- Individual door entry systems for each flat
- Large communal patios with garden furniture
- Communal lounges, laundries and guest rooms
- A dedicated Scheme Manager on-site
- 24 hour emergency alarm systems
Eligibility
- Applicants should be 60 years old or over
- Applicants who are 55 years old with medical or physical issues or a learning disability will also be considered
