Cyclical decoration programme

We intend to carryout decoration works to the external and communal areas of the following properties, where work will commence during the spring, summer and autumn period. Our contractor TH Kenyon will write to you to let you know when work will commence and how you can let your insurers know about this work.

Major refurbishments and maintenance programme

The refurbishment of the Victorian mansion blocks in Holborn, central London is accounting for a large percentage of our programme expenditure. However we will also be carrying out extensive work as follows, which may be expanded. All this is subject to change.

During 2008 we are planning to replace external doors and windows at the following properties:

ENFIELD
WINDOWS PHASE 3 - MAGPIE CLOSE, ENFIELD, MIDDX., EN1

FLAT BLOCKS : 241 – 246, 247 – 255, 256 – 261.

HOUSES: 1 – 7, 169 – 215.

ENFIELD
WINDOWS PHASE 4 – DALRYMPLE CLOSE, SOUTHGATE, LONDON N14

FLAT BLOCKS: 50 – 61.

HOUSES: 13 – 70.

We intend to carry out the works during the summer and autumn. We will confirm which contractor will carry out the work closer to the start date. The appointed contractor will write to you to let you know when they will start the work on you home and how long it will take. You will need to let you insurers know about these works.
