We provide rented accommodation and support services for people with learning disabilities at 30 locations in London, Hertfordshire and Kent.

Supported Housing
Below is a summary of the services we offer.
CAMDEN
Crowndale Rd (supported housing)
Camden NW1 1TP
Provides supported housing for six people with learning disabilities who have their own bedrooms in shared accommodation. Additional support is provided by Elfida Rathbone Society.

Camden NW5 3HD
Supported Housing for five people with learning disabilities. 24-hour care and support is provided by United Response. Housing management is provided by SPH Housing. The scheme consists of a 4-bedroom shared maisonette and a 3-bed flat.

Two schemes with 24 hour care and support is provided by Camden Social Services, housing management by SPH Housing. It provides accommodation for five people with learning and physical disabilities. Tenants have their own rooms and share living facilities.

Supported Housing for 18 people with learning disabilities. The self-contained flats in this converted church are fully furnished. Support and care is provided by SPH Housing. The service operates extended hours and 24-hour on-call service.

A floating support service for people with learning disabilities who live in their own homes. It provides support with employment services, tenancy sustainment, personal care and assistance with access to a range of community, leisure and employment services. Support includes a 24-hour emergency on-call service.

A floating support service for 20 people with learning disabilities living in their own flats. The service assists tenants sustain their tenancies with:

Westminster, London
An outreach support service for people with learning disabilities in Westminster, who live in their own homes. The support workers provide personal care and assistance with practical tasks and also access to a full range of community facilities.

London, Short break service, Queens Park, W9 3JB
A short-break (or respite care) service for people with learning disabilities. Portnall Road (owned and managed by Octavia Housing & Care) includes a bed-sit and a 2-bed flat for a maximum of three service users at any one time. Service users will be referred from both Westminster and Kensington & Chelsea Social Services. The service enables people to have a break from their families or carers and to develop independence skills.

15 bed spaces in nine self-contained flats for people with learning disabilities. These flats are mixed in with general needs housing owned by the Peabody Trust and managed by SPH Housing. Additional care services are provided by SPH staff and other organisations.
