Valentines Day service pledge by Origin Group staff

Origin Group’s north London-based staff have signed up to the pioneering internal use of partnering frameworks – which are typically in place externally between companies and suppliers.
“Service Level Agreements are well established inside and outside housing associations, but we aren’t aware of the behaviour and ways-of-working behind the SLAs being enshrined in an Internal Partnering Framework,” said Elspeth Mackenzie, Chief Executive of Griffin Homes, part of Origin Group. “We are convinced this will help us to achieve excellent service to our customers.”
