Would you like to the rewarding experience of working as a Caretaker for SPH? Are you a hard working, motivated individual that wants to make a real difference to our tenants by ensuring their estates are well maintained and in a state of excellent repair? The successful candidate will ideally be experienced in caretaking or a similar type of work. They will have excellent communication and team working skills, as well being able to work independently and take responsibility for the high quality standards expected in our estates. A general knowledge of Health & Safety is also essential as is a sound level of IT literacy and the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
