Here are a couple of new ideas that we have launched to give you a taste of what we have planned for the future.

Golden Goodbyes

We will pay you up to £150 for leaving your property clean when you move. It can be a great way to pay off any money you owe us when you leave or to treat yourself after all the hard work of moving - so everyone's a winner!

Community Gold Awards

We want to recognise and reward your achievements in the SPH community. All nominees are invited to the annual tenant conference where the winners will receive prizes such as £250 for community projects or a memorable Experience Day.
